Music for a while

'Music for Awhile' is going to give another wonderful concert on Wednesday 3rd June at St Matthew's church, Rushall to raise funds for the church, a combination of orchestral and vocal works:

'The Genius of Bach'

Concerto for harpsichord, flute and violin BWV1044 - the ‘other’ Brandenberg concerto, Sonatas, solos, and arias including B Minor Mass - Benedictus, Christmas Oratorio - 'Ich will nur dir zu Ehren leben', St John Passion - ‘Erwäge', In allen meinen Taten BWV97 - 'Ich traue seiner Gnaden’

With Nicholas Mulroy tenor, one of Europe’s most sought-after Bach singers. Maggie Faultless, Rachel Stroud, Anna Curzon, Andrew Skidmore, Katy Bircher, Stephen Farr.

Sponsored by the Cecil King Memorial Foundation & a private donor, the ticket sales will go to the church.
